This hotel is in a great location, right next to a bus stop that takes you to the city centre. You can easily explore the city without worrying about transportation. The staff is friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with any questions or directions. The rooms are spacious and clean, with comfortable beds and modern furniture. The kitchen facilities are a bonus, with a microwave, hob, fridge, and dishwasher.

The communal areas can feel a bit cramped and crowded at times.

We had a very pleasant stay at this hotel. The reception staff were extremely welcoming and the fact that there was secure on-site parking was a definite bonus for us. The room had everything we needed, including comfortable beds and a fully equipped kitchenette. Our 5-year-old especially loved the bathtub! The rooms were modern and clean, and the beds were incredibly comfortable. The hotel's location was just a short walk away from the city center, making it convenient for exploring. We had a wonderful time and would definitely consider staying here again!

There were limited dining options near the hotel, but there was a bus stop right outside that could take you to the city center where there are plenty of restaurants and bars. This hotel is a great choice for families, and we highly recommend it.

We stayed at Seven Urban Suites for a family vacation with two small children. The separate bedroom and self-catering option were excellent for our needs. The room was clean and well-maintained, and the bed in the bedroom was superb. The staff, especially Soraya and the other man at reception during check-in, were friendly and helpful. The underground parking was convenient and easy to access. The location was good, just a 15-20 minute walk to the city center. We also appreciated the Nantes pass, which allowed us to easily take the tram for free. we enjoyed our stay and found the hotel to be clean, comfortable, and staffed with friendly individuals.

The hotel is relatively new and offers spacious rooms with basic cooking utensils, perfect for families with kids. the location is quiet and has good Internet connection. the beds are comfortable and the bathroom is clean with all necessary amenities.

The hotel's location is quite far from the city center and not many restaurants are located nearby. the breakfast is basic and overpriced.

Clean and spacious rooms. the hotel offered a special rate where they don't clean every day, which I found convenient. the Wifi was good, and there was even an ethernet socket at the desk. the room had a small kitchenette, perfect for breakfast. the hotel also provided a guide to the city and nearby restaurants, which was helpful. the hotel was located close to a big shopping center and had good transport links.

The area around the hotel was still being modernized and lacked restaurants and bars. At the weekend, it felt like there was no human life around.

Although the hotel was a bit of a walk from the center and the station, it wasn't an issue for us. we had a great experience and would definitely recommend this hotel.
