I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The location was perfect, as it was just a short walk from Gare de l'Est and within half an hour, I was right in the downtown area by the river. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable, and the staff was not only friendly but also extremely helpful. They went above and beyond to assist me, especially the night receptionist and Serge. The bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was in good condition, with a great shower. Additionally, I appreciated the small fridge in the room, which was perfect for keeping my beverages cool.

During my Christmas stay at this hotel, I appreciated the complimentary hot chocolate and cookies offered in the lobby every evening. the hotel's location was also convenient, with plenty of nearby restaurants and shops within walking distance. Plus, the room's size and amenities were surprisingly good for the price.

The sheets and towels appeared to be old and worn, and there were noticeable stains on the carpet. the noise level from outside was very loud and made it difficult to sleep.

I had a wonderful stay at Soft. The bed was incredibly comfy and the staff were exceptionally polite and friendly. The hotel is located in a fantastic area with an array of terrific cafes and restaurants right on the street. Despite being on a quiet street, it was still easily accessible to public transport due to its proximity to a main road. I absolutely loved the area, and the boulangerie Liberté just up the street is a must-visit for delicious cakes and pastries. Furthermore, the area felt safe, even when walking around at night alone.
