my stay at student factory was amazing! the panoramic terrace view exceeded my expectations and the self check-in process was convenient. the staff was incredibly helpful and welcoming.

I got great value for my money at Student Factory. The room was clean and comfortable, and the location was amazing with a huge supermarket next door and easy access to trams and buses. The staff, although I didn't see them often, were helpful and friendly.

The breakfast selection could have been better.

I recently stayed at a fabulous accommodation in a fantastic location! Student Factory in Nice was absolutely amazing. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with great facilities. I particularly loved the spacious co-working area and terrace, which guests are free to use. The automated check-in process made our late arrival hassle-free. The location was perfect, with a huge supermarket next door and only a short walk to the train station. Plus, there were bus stops and a tram nearby, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. it was a wonderful experience!

I had a great budget stay at Student Factory. The room was spacious and had good storage space. The water pressure in the shower was excellent. The location was very handy, close to tram and bus routes. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at Student Factory in Nice for 3 nights and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect, with easy access to the train station and tramway. The apartment was spacious and comfortable, with a large balcony offering a beautiful view. The nearby supermarket and pharmacy were convenient, and I appreciated the well-equipped kitchenette in the room. The automated check-in process was smooth and hassle-free, and the co-working area and terrace were great additional amenities. I had a fantastic stay and would be happy to recommend this hotel.

the budget stay at Student Factory exceeded our expectations. the apartment had everything we needed and the view from the balcony was incredible. the location, just above a supermarket and near the train station, was fantastic.

No air conditioning.
