We had a fantastic stay at Loft Boutique. the staff at reception were incredibly friendly and helpful. the entire place was spotlessly clean, from the rooms to the communal areas. the design and decor were stylish and modern, creating a great atmosphere. We were impressed with the well-informed staff who gave us great recommendations for nearby attractions. the breakfast spread was delicious and if you get up early, there is plenty of food available. Despite initial concerns about the location, we felt safe during our stay. the kitchen, although small, was easy to use and had everything we needed. the value for the price we paid was excellent.

But the best part of my stay was definitely the friendly and helpful staff. They made my experience a little bit better despite all the negatives.

I stayed at this cozy hostel and loved the newly renovated rooms with trendy decorations and en suite bathrooms. No more queuing for the toilet and shower! The location on a quiet street, just a short walk to the metro at Belleville or Pyrenees, was very convenient. The staff, especially Mr. Alexander, were nice, multilingual, and accommodating. The "garden-like" entrance to the stairways added a nice touch. The availability of wifi inside the room was a bonus, unlike other hostels where you have to stay near the reception. I met people from different countries, strolled the city together, and had a lot of fun exchanging life stories. I would definitely recommend this hostel to my friends.
