The apartment itself was spacious, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. It was recently renovated, and the modern furnishings gave it a luxurious feel. The apartment was well-equipped, with all the necessary amenities, and the host was friendly and helpful. it was a great place to stay for a family with kids.

The surrounding area felt unsafe, with incidents of drunk individuals in the stairwell. Additionally, there were issues with cleanliness, as our sons received bites while sleeping in their rooms.

The apartment at Livinparis - Montmartre I was clean, spacious, and only steps away from Gare du Nord. With three bedrooms, a living room, and fully equipped kitchen, it was perfect for our family. The location was excellent, right next to a small grocery store and close to the train station and metro lines 4 & 5. The apartment was recently renovated with clean and neutral colors, and it was quite spacious with three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The kitchen was fully equipped and there was a big dining table with eight chairs. We also appreciated having a washer/dryer unit in the apartment for doing laundry. this apartment had excellent facilities and was conveniently located.

One of the negative aspects of our stay was the noisy surroundings, particularly during the first night. The area seemed to have pubs or bars nearby, resulting in a lot of noise that made it difficult to sleep.

We loved the convenient location of this apartment. It was just next to a small grocery store and close to transportation, making it easy to get around. The fact that it was a stone's throw away from Gare De Nord train station was a major plus for us.
