I had the most amazing stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location in the stunning vineyard was absolutely breathtaking. The surroundings were filled with lush greenery and beautiful flowers, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere. The staff at this hotel went above and beyond to ensure my comfort and satisfaction. From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a welcome drink and felt instantly welcomed. The room was spacious, bright, and modern, with a comfortable bed that provided me with the best night's sleep. The hotel also offered a wide range of amenities, including a spa & wellness center, swimming pool, and a sun terrace. The service and attention to detail here were impeccable, from the room service and housekeeping to the friendly and helpful staff. I truly felt pampered and well taken care of during my stay here.

We had a great stay at Ultimate Provence Hotel & Spa. The location was ideal, close to the charming village of Le Garde de Frenet. Our room had a stunning view and the bed was comfortable. The service was top-notch, especially at reception and in the restaurant. We enjoyed getting our drinks ourselves and loved the DJ atmosphere in the evening. The bathroom was clean and well-maintained, and the breakfast had a good variety of options. The facilities, like the pool and restaurant, were modern and inviting.

That the pool could get crowded at times.

The estate is beautifully designed and set amidst the natural beauty of Provence. the breakfast selection was good and the food in the restaurant and drinks in the bar were enjoyable. It is a great location for those looking for peace and quiet away from the hustle and bustle of city life. We also appreciated the opportunity to take scenic walks in the nearby natural park.

They fell short on key service aspects. the staff was unprofessional, lacked soft skills, and service was slow in general.

Nestled in the higher segment of the hills of Provence, this hidden gem offers a great setting with a stunning view. The rooms boast modern/hip decor and comfortable beds, making for a relaxing stay. The restaurant offers an innovative menu and excellent service. Guests can enjoy the lively vibe at the pool bar on weekends. The breakfast, with its well-balanced and delicious options, is a delightful start to the day.

Occasionally, there was a shortage of staff, resulting in some areas being deserted and leading to delays in service.
