our recent stay in la rochelle blew us away! un hotel en ville completely exceeded our expectations. the owners were lovely and gave us helpful local tips, the room was clean and cozy, and its proximity to the old port and restaurants was unbeatable. we will definitely be back for another date night.

Lacking toiletries in the room.

We had an amazing stay at this boutique hotel. the owners were incredibly attentive and took great pride in their hotel and guests. They provided us with local recommendations and made our exploration of the area effortless. the breakfast was superb, with delicious freshly squeezed orange juice. the room was clean, stylish, and well-appointed, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. the hotel's location in a peaceful square, just a street away from the harbor and cafes, was excellent. We will definitely be returning to this gem of a hotel.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel in the heart of the old town. The location was perfect, situated in a small peaceful square but just one street back from the bustling harbour and cafes. The room was clean and comfortable, with a separate shower room and toilet. The staff was friendly and attentive, always making sure we were taken care of. The breakfast was delicious, with a variety of fresh pastries, cheeses, and conserves. We even enjoyed some locally sourced treats. a great experience.

The soundproofing of the room could have been better. We could hear some noise from other guests entering their rooms and using the bathroom.

The location of this hotel was perfect for our Christmas getaway. It was situated right in the heart of the charming old town, making it easy for us to explore the area and experience the festive atmosphere. Additionally, the spacious and comfortable rooms were a highlight. We had plenty of room to relax and unwind after a day of sightseeing. Finally, the breakfast provided was excellent. The selection of fresh croissants and warm coffee really made our mornings special.

There were a couple of aspects that we did not enjoy during our stay. the parking situation was quite problematic.

One small thing that bothered me was the bathroom door in our room. It was hanging off the runners and would swing and bang when opened or closed.

We got great value for our money with a comfortable bed and stylishly decorated rooms. The location was perfect, right in the centre, and the staff were kind, friendly, and knowledgeable.

The morning meal could have been improved with a wider variety of toiletries.
