We had a wonderful New Year's stay at a boutique hotel in a pretty holiday destination. The enclosed garden and lovely heated pool were highlights. The staff were friendly and accommodating, providing snacks, drinks, and pool towels throughout our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, with high-quality fittings. The location was also a plus, just a short walk away from a bustling port and nearby eateries, making it easy to explore.

The confusion over the arrival and parking arrangement, which could have been better explained. The breakfast menu and pricing could also have been clearer, as we were surprised by the high price compared to other options nearby.
