We loved the small and cosy hotel with a quiet garden/courtyard for breakfast. The staff was incredibly nice and helpful yet discreet. The room was clean, shower was large, and the bed comfortable. Super conveniently located just a 1-minute walk from the beach and the promenade. Also within easy walking distance to the centre of Juan Les Pins. Public parking nearby is free from October to May.

Felt at home here, no reason to complain.

Text: Loved the beachy vibes and attention to detail in the garden. Breakfast in the sunny courtyard was delightful. Beware, the nearby train station provides a constant melodic soundtrack throughout the day. Quite charming, really.

We stayed at Villa Nina for 3 nights and really enjoyed it. The owners, Stefan and Nina, made us feel very welcome and couldn't do enough for us. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a lovely courtyard where breakfast was served. The hotel had a unique charm with its distinctive lounge and beautiful bonsai tree collection. It was also conveniently located just 50 meters from the beach and close to a patisserie, pizza van, and supermarket. We will definitely be returning for a romantic getaway!

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

Breakfast in a stuffy room with no view, but hey, the large windows make it feel elegant. The free shuttle to the train station is a real treat. I absolutely loved sipping my drink in the bonsai garden, feeling like a lost explorer. And who needs dry land when you can scuba dive in the area?

Such a shame that the Mediterranean Sea is just 40 meters away, I would have preferred a longer walk to reach the sandy beaches.
