We had a wonderful stay in a family-friendly hotel located right on the Promenade, offering easy access to the public beach and Agay center. The spacious room with a balcony provided a lovely view of the sea and the mountains. The staff were friendly and helpful, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. The well-maintained pools, complete with jacuzzis and a water slide, were a hit with the kids. the hotel's proximity to supermarkets and a variety of restaurants made it convenient for us to explore the local cuisine.

The hotel could benefit from better training for the staff to ensure a smoother guest experience.

Great location! Close to the beach and lots of fun activities to do. the view from the room was amazing! the room was also quite spacious and had some nice amenities that made our stay more comfortable.

The hotel was quite dirty and the cleaning staff did not seem to pay much attention to detail. the breakfast was also a huge disappointment.

I got a great bang for my buck - the room was exactly like the pictures and super comfy. The location was stunning with amazing views of the mountains and sea. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the spa service was top-notch. Highly recommend the water bed and signature massage!

The hotel breakfast menu could use some improvement - there were flies on the food and the options for gluten-free and vegan guests were very limited.

We had a fantastic stay at Pierre & Vacances in Saint-Raphael! the resort had so many activities for families with kids, and the staff were friendly and talented. the location was perfect, with easy access to pools, restaurants, and shops. the hotel rooms were comfortable and exactly as depicted in the pictures. We loved the pools, especially the one with waves and the water slide. the breakfast at the hotel was delicious, and there were plenty of dining options on-site for other meals. a great experience for families!
