Amazing Service!

I had the most incredible experience at W Paris - Opera. The staff went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. When I had an issue with my suitcase lock, the concierge and maintenance team quickly resolved the problem without damaging my belongings. They were friendly, courteous, and efficient. Additionally, the morning staff noticed a mistake with my reservation and immediately rectified it. The hotel itself is stunning, with spacious rooms and a great location. I cannot commend the staff enough for their exceptional service. I highly recommend this hotel for an unforgettable stay.

We had a fantastic stay here. The hotel was very clean and had great facilities. The location in the Opera area was perfect, with close walking proximity to some really wonderful eateries. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, making us feel very welcome. Plus, the breakfast served was delicious.

Comfortable stay, central location, fabulous suite, amazing room. Comfortable bed and pillows, plenty of space, excellent bath and shower facilities. Incredible staff, frequent cleaning service. Highly recommend to anyone visiting.

We spent Easter at this hotel and enjoyed the Easter egg hunt and special brunch that was included in our package. the hotel location was perfect, just a short walk from many popular tourist attractions. the staff were friendly and accommodating, making our stay memorable. the room was spacious and well equipped with all the amenities we needed.

The shower design in the room was strange and offered little privacy. the restaurant and bar lacked atmosphere, which made it less enjoyable to spend time there.

the staff provided impeccable service and fulfilled all our needs. the room had private facilities and was elegantly decorated. the bar/lounge area served delicious drinks and had a great atmosphere. the Continental breakfast provided a wide selection of options.

The location was not ideal for sightseeing and required taking transportation to get to tourist destinations. the fitness center was small and lacked newer equipment.

Convenient location near shopping centers and metro station. Comfortable rooms with good amenities and free wifi. Friendly and attentive staff. Impressed with the breakfast service. Will definitely consider staying again. 👍
