The private plunge pool was a perfect touch of luxury, and we loved the outdoor shower and lounge areas. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and secure. The view from our bungalow was absolutely breathtaking and the location couldn't be more perfect. The beach and snorkeling access were excellent, and we spent hours exploring the beautiful lagoon. The Polynesian show at the restaurant was a highlight of our stay, and the food was delicious with a wide range of options. The breakfast buffet was also impressive, offering a large variety of choices.

The staff, especially Willy and Xavier, were fabulous and always went above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. I particularly enjoyed the stunning views of the lagoon and the pleasant environment with palm trees and grass. The food at the resort was excellent, with a great variety and quality, and the Tahitian Buffet with local performances was a highlight. Despite a few minor issues like spotty WiFi and outdated facilities, I would still highly recommend this hotel for its location, views, and delightful atmosphere. I had a wonderful time at Kia Ora Resort & Spa and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

During my stay over Christmas, I really enjoyed the fact that the hotel offered a range of activities and amenities to keep guests entertained. The location of the hotel was also fantastic, providing stunning views of the surrounding area. Additionally, the staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had an enjoyable stay.

The restaurant had delicious food, especially the poisson cru, and the breakfast options were plentiful. The diving with Top Dive was spectacular, with thorough safety briefings and attentive guides. The overwater bungalows were stunning and the staff were friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back!
