The value for money at this hotel was excellent, not as crazy expensive as some others but still luxurious enough. The room was outstanding, we had a lagoon view bungalow that was actually an over the water bungalow, it was absolutely amazing. The location was great, with a grocery market nearby and a beautiful beach within walking distance. The staff was top-notch, always friendly and ready to help.

The breakfast option could have been improved with more variety.

I had the most magical experience at this luxurious hotel. The location was absolutely perfect, right on the beach. I loved waking up every morning to the breathtaking view of the ocean. The staff were incredibly friendly and provided excellent service. The room amenities were top-notch, with everything I needed to make my stay comfortable, including a mini-bar and air conditioning. The restaurant had a delicious buffet breakfast with a wide variety of options to choose from. I also appreciated the 24-hour reception and the convenience of having a bar/lounge area on-site. I can't wait to come back!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The customer service was outstanding, starting from the warm welcome we received upon arrival. The staff at the hotel were always friendly and greeted us with big smiles. The snorkeling around our overwater bungalow was a highlight, as we saw a variety of fish and the coral was impressive. The breakfast offered a wide assortment of pastries, sausages, and eggs, making for a delicious start to our day. Being able to stock up on snacks and drinks at the convenience store just a short walk away was also convenient.

The staff was excellent - friendly and willing to share information, even about other hotels. The complimentary mini-bar was a first for me, and the treats and small gifts were a lovely touch. The transit fee was a fraction of the cost compared to other hotels, but the service was even better. We also received a free upgrade to the Sofitel private island due to renovations at Marara. The location was great, close to Matira Beach, Vaitape town, and shore excursion offices. The pool and beach were also fantastic.

The location was ideal, as it was close to both Matira Beach and the town of Vaitape. We had no problems with transportation, and parking was convenient. The breakfast selection was impressive, and the staff went above and beyond to provide excellent service.

Wow! A breathtaking experience. Two private beaches - one white sand, one black. the buffet breakfast was amazing with a huge variety of fresh food. Free drink at check-in. Our room was really spacious, clean and had an amazing view of the beach. Loved the hammock on the balcony, perfect for chilling out in the afternoons.

The location was a bit further out than we anticipated, but still in a good area. the restaurant service was really slow.

The staff was helpful overall and there were some enjoyable activities available like snorkeling and kayaking. the water was as stunning as in the photos and worth experiencing.

The beds were old and lumpy, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. Some staff members were rude, and the language barrier made communication difficult.

I had an incredible stay at this resort. The bungalows were spacious and comfortable, especially the ones over the water. It was worth the extra money to be able to swim and snorkel right from my balcony. The food at the hotel was excellent, and the staff was incredibly welcoming and friendly. From the reception and concierge to the housekeeping and breakfast staff, I was impressed by every member of the team. The hotel's location was also perfect, being close to Matira Beach and the town. The pool and beach were both great places to relax and have fun.
