The breakfast spread was fantastic, with a wide selection from omelets to freshly cut fruits, and Alhargie the chef did an excellent job. the new pool area was a great spot to relax with sea views and plenty of sunbeds, and the beachfront restaurant with live music was a real vibe. the only minor downside was having to share bank card details instead of using a card reader, which felt a bit outdated. 🌴.

My recent stay at this hotel was a delightful experience full of positive surprises. the staff here went above and beyond to ensure a memorable vacation. From the welcoming check, in to the excellent room service, everything was top, notch. the newly renovated rooms were cozy and clean, making me feel right at home. the daily cleaning service was impeccable, and the beach access was a definite highlight. I especially enjoyed the beachside sun loungers and the entertaining live performances in the evenings. the breakfast spread was more than satisfactory, with a variety of options to choose from. the dinner at the restaurant was delicious, offering a taste of local dishes and international cuisine.

While my overall stay was fantastic, there were a couple of areas that could be improved upon. Some minor maintenance issues were noted in certain rooms, such as leaky toilets and malfunctioning appliances.

We stayed at a stunning beach hotel for leisure in Serrekunda. the beach was wide, clean, and beautiful with big pools and friendly staff. the newly renovated rooms were cleaned daily to perfection. No loud music, entertaining performances, delicious dinners, and fantastic breakfast options. All-inclusive with excellent value for money. Victor, the new manager, ensured a wonderful experience. the recent renovations make a huge difference, especially the new pool with sea views and abundant beach beds.

We loved having our own private spot on the wide, clean beach, perfect for our romantic walks at sunset. the daily cleaning service was spot on, leaving us free to enjoy the big pools and sunbeds without a worry in the world.

Our room had a leaking toilet from day one, and numerous issues in block C. With poor cleanliness standards and a struggle for effective communication from the management, our experience was far from ideal. It took three days to resolve simple issues, leading to disappointment and a lack of desire to return.

Outstanding service, excellent food variety, beautiful beach and pools, renovated rooms, attentive staff.
