Beautiful surroundings with a long, white-sand beach and crystal clear waters, perfect for a romantic escape. The pool area was quiet and clean, and the staff were friendly and always willing to help. We enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the option to have freshly cooked omelettes. The gardens and grounds were well kept, giving a natural and tranquil feel.

We were not impressed with the spa service, as we felt we could have had a more relaxing experience. The room was not soundproof, so we found it hard to sleep at night with all the noise from other guests. The bathroom could be improved with some modernisation as the fixtures and tiles appeared a little dated.

This luxurious hotel met all of my exclusive needs, offering a wide range of amenities, including a magnificent spa and wellness centre, a stunning outdoor swimming pool and private beach access. The live entertainment and leisure/TV room also made my stay here even more enjoyable. To top it off, the restaurant had a spectacular selection of exquisite dishes for their continental breakfast and packed lunches, alongside other special diet menus.

The only minor issue I encountered was the spotty internet connection, making it difficult to do some work and have a conference call. However, the hotel staff were attentive and did their best to resolve the issue, even sending an IT manager to my room.

Friendly staff, quick response, local SIM card assistance, MiFi device setup support, good dinner buffet, variety of fresh fruit.
