We recently stayed at this luxurious 4-star hotel and had a wonderful experience. We were impressed by the hotel's close proximity to the business district, making it convenient for our work-related activities. Additionally, we loved that it was just a short walk away from the beach, which was not overcrowded and provided a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. Getting around the city was also a breeze, as there were plenty of local taxis available at affordable prices.

I recently stayed at Pelican Residence for an extended period and it was perfect for my long stay. The staff were incredibly kind and friendly, making sure the room was clean and comfortable every day. The room itself had great amenities including a powerful fan, big bed, fridge, and hot shower. The hotel also had a generator, ensuring uninterrupted electricity even during power outages. I loved the common living room and terrace, perfect for breakfast. And I have to mention that it's a Gambian-owned accommodation, which I think is important to support. a truly delightful and comfortable stay!

The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with a powerful hot shower and a good Wi-Fi connection. the location was quiet and safe, and there were plenty of taxis available for transportation. the on-site restaurant served delicious food, and there was ample free parking for guests.

The lack of proper cooking facilities beyond a microwave made it difficult to prepare meals, and the staff seemed less than accommodating when I requested a room change. the service was slow, with long wait times for food, and sometimes items on the menu were unavailable.

Spending Xmas at this hotel was an amazing experience. the rooms were always clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the fast Wi-Fi connection and the hot water in the shower. the hotel’s location was ideal, not too close to the touristic areas, but not too far. there was no problem with the electric power, which was great.

I would not recommend paying for the kitchen unit as it’s not worth it. the kitchen was poorly equipped with only two large pots that were quite black and smoked up, and we had to supply our own tea towels.

The staff, from the manager to the cleaners, were all friendly and attentive. The room amenities were top-notch, with air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a comfortable sitting area. We also appreciated the free Wi-Fi in our rooms and the relaxing terrace with garden furniture.

Clean and tidy rooms, always had fresh linen. Helpful staff and manager. Spacious rooms with comfy beds. Good hot shower and reliable internet connection.
