As longer term business travellers, we were impressed by the fully equipped apartment that had all the features of a hotel. The daily cleaning service, as well as the presence of a microwave and kettle, were extremely convenient. The apartment's location within walking distance of many cafes and restaurants was a bonus.

The kitchenette was a great feature, allowing me to cook my own meals. The apartment was also air-conditioned, which was a relief during the summer heat. The location was convenient, with markets and restaurants nearby. Although the apartment was a bit far from the Metro, it was still manageable with a 15-minute walk. The added bonus of having a cleaning lady who offered to wash my clothes for free was a pleasant surprise. I highly recommend this apartment, especially for Muslim travelers and families.

I recently stayed at Downtown River Apartments while visiting. The owner, Mr. Bacho, was incredibly helpful and accommodating, providing us with directions and accepting our suggestions with a positive attitude. The apartment was conveniently located near numerous HALAL restaurants, which Mr. Bacho referred to as Arab Street. The housekeeper even washed our laundry free of charge, a rare find. The apartment was fully equipped and anything we needed could be requested from Mr. Bacho.

The location was perfect, surrounded by a variety of restaurants, cafes, and markets. The apartment itself was recently renovated and had a modern touch. The hosts, Irina and Irakli, were incredibly hospitable and provided excellent communication and assistance throughout our stay. The price was reasonable, and the cleanliness and services exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended for young couples!
