Great location and view of the city. The staff were friendly and professional during check-in and check-out. The room was cozy and had all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The minibar was well-stocked, which was a nice touch.

Noise proofing was not up to par, as I could hear footsteps from outside. the hair dryer was not working, which was an inconvenience.

I had a fantastic stay at this amazing new hotel. The interior and exterior were absolutely pleasing. I was lucky enough to get a free room upgrade, which had a breathtaking view. The room itself was cozy and comfortable, and I loved the minibar option. Although the hotel is located near a hill, I recommend using a taxi service to get there. I highly recommend Ginger Hotel for a memorable stay in Tbilisi.
