I had an amazing stay here! The location was perfect, with beautiful views of the mountains. The apartment was modern and spacious, with a fully equipped kitchen and all the amenities I needed. The staff were hospitable and went above and beyond, even waiting for me until the early morning due to a delayed flight. The communication with the host was great, and the price was reasonable. a fantastic experience!

No lift, struggled with luggage on 5th floor. Disappointed that there were only 2 rooms instead of advertised 3.

The rooms were modern, comfortable, and super clean. The highlight was the amazing view of the river and the city hill where Luna Park is located. The apartment's location was conveniently close to Kutaisi airport, making it perfect for us after a long flight. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, adding to the overall great experience. We highly recommend this apartment and will definitely be returning! Plus, the apartment had all the amenities we needed, including karaoke and a casino, which as people who enjoy these activities, made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location of the apartment was absolutely perfect. It was close to cute cafes, the green bazaar, and parks, making it a great spot to explore the city. Additionally, the apartment provided great views of the river and the city hill, which was especially beautiful at night. The modern and comfortable rooms were also a definite highlight of our stay.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. the apartment was advertised as having three rooms, but in reality, it only had two rooms and a living room.

One downside was that there was no lift in the building, so carrying our luggage up to the 5th floor was a struggle. Additionally, the host had limited language skills in English and Russian, which made communication a bit difficult.
