I stayed at Apartment Gardenia for two nights with my friends and we had a wonderful time. The house is a beautiful Georgian palace with spacious rooms and cozy bedrooms. The bathroom was big and well-maintained. The neighborhood has a 24-hour market and is just a 15-minute walk from the city center. The host was extremely nice and helpful. If I ever visit again, I will definitely choose this place. Highly recommended!

The kitchen was well-equipped and there were plenty of books in Russian. We enjoyed sitting on the nice terrace. The location was convenient, with a pharmacy and supermarket just 3 minutes away. Great value for money!

I absolutely loved the warm and welcoming atmosphere of the place. the owner, Suzana, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the local area. She gave us great advice on where to find the best food and markets nearby. She even provided us with a homemade jam that was absolutely delicious. I also enjoyed the unique touches in the apartment, such as the collection of books and antiques, as well as the classic piano that added a special charm to the place.

One downside was that there was only air conditioning in one of the bedrooms. As a result, those of us who slept in the other bedroom had to deal with open windows, which meant we had to constantly apply mosquito repellent due to the lack of insect screens.

We got great value for our money at the Apartment Gardenia in Kutaisi. The rooms were spacious and cozy, with a large bathroom.
