The location was perfect, just a short walk away from popular attractions like Rustaveli Ave and Liberty Square. The hotel itself is a beautifully renovated old building that maintains its traditional style. The rooms, although on the small side, were immaculately clean with new furnishings. The best part of our stay was the outstanding hospitality provided by Levan and his wife. They treated us like friends and made us feel at home. For small families or groups, I highly recommend this place. I would definitely stay here again.

The hotel's location is perfect, with the 9 April park right next to it and just minutes away from the presidential palace and the bustling center of the city. You can easily explore the area on foot and find various restaurants, shops, and markets. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with a nice rain showerhead in the bathroom. The owner and his wife are very friendly and provide great hospitality.

I had an absolutely amazing stay at a charming hotel in a great central location. The hosts, Levan and Keti, were wonderful and made me feel like I was at home. The rooms were spacious, clean, and well-equipped. I loved being within walking distance of the Old Tbilisi, Freedom Square, and the Dry Bridge Flea Market. I will definitely stay here again on my next trip to Georgia. I highly recommend this hotel.

We spent our Thanksgiving in a small hotel with fantastic services and cozy rooms. The location was perfect as it was close to major attractions and public transportation. We appreciated the clean and comfortable rooms equipped with air conditioning and a nice terrace. the staff was very friendly and helpful, letting us check out late and keeping our luggage safely until our departure.

The building was under renovation, so the exterior wasn't very inviting. We didn't hear any noises from the construction work, so it didn't affect our stay.

I had the most amazing experience at Atlant Hotel. From the moment I arrived, Levan went above and beyond to ensure my stay was perfect. He even arranged a taxi for me in the early hours of the morning when my phone broke unexpectedly. The location of the hotel was ideal, right next to the Dry Bridge Market and Orbeliani Square, with easy access to the Old Town and Freedom Square. The room itself was quaint and cozy, making me feel right at home. I loved the character of the historic building and the ongoing renovations did not affect my stay. The shower with the rain showerhead was a nice touch. Plus, being able to use the common refrigerator and microwave was convenient. The hosts at Atlant Hotel truly made me feel welcome and I would highly recommend staying here for a wonderful experience in Tbilisi. I'll definitely be recommending this hotel to my friends and family.

The hotel owner was very hospitable and provided excellent service. He even showed us around the nearby streets and offered to assist with any needs we had during our stay. The hotel itself is small, with only four rooms, which created a cozy and personal atmosphere. The location was also a key advantage, as it was within walking distance of the city center and other amenities such as a grocery store and cafes.

The signage for the hotel could be improved, as it was not immediately clear that we needed to go upstairs to reach the accommodation. This caused some confusion upon arrival.
