Amazing location in the forest, atop a mountain with serene atmosphere. Beautiful yard and stunning interior and exterior. Nice and simple rooms with a 4 out of 5 bathroom. Friendly reception and efficient room service. Great for families and close to beginner and intermediate slopes.

The hospitality of the staff was amazing, they were friendly and helpful throughout the trip. The hotel's location was perfect, it was located in a quiet and peaceful area, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The complimentary breakfast and wifi exceeded our expectations, as it was delicious and reliable.

The swimming pool's cleanliness could have been improved, as it had an unpleasant odor and the locker room was disorganized. The lack of transportation alternatives made it difficult to move around, as the surrounding roads were slippery and dangerous.

The hotel staff, especially Ms. Nina, were welcoming and helpful. The location in the forest was ideal, and the hotel had a great restaurant with affordable and delicious food. The facilities were also excellent.
