Loved the shower, it had great water pressure and was always hot. The common reading area was a nice touch, it had lots of sunlight and was a comfortable place to relax. the location was perfect, just a short walk to the center of town and with beautiful views of the mountains.

Our stay was not the best. Our room did not live up to expectations, despite being advertised with a mountain view, all we saw was a neighboring building and the parking lot.

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. The service was impeccable, every staff member was friendly and welcoming. The Spa & wellness centre was luxurious with a variety of treatments available. The indoor swimming pool was clean and relaxing, and the jacuzzi was a perfect touch. The massage I received was exceptional and made me feel rejuvenated. The restaurant served delicious food with a wide range of options, as well as a bar and snack bar available. The room itself was spacious, with exclusive amenities, and the location was perfect with beautiful views.

The only issue I encountered during my stay was a minor lack of attention to detail in the room's cleanliness. However, this was quickly remedied by the staff upon request.

I had an amazing stay at a brand new and sparkly hotel in Bakuriani. The tasteful design and peaceful setting made it a perfect getaway. The staff was friendly and always eager to help. I particularly enjoyed the clean and comfortable rooms, as well as the nice little bar area. The breakfast buffet was decent and there were indoor pools that seemed popular with kids. it was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this hotel for a relaxing vacation.

The building is luxurious, with friendly staff guiding guests to the rooms, restaurant, spa, and pool. The pool is deep and the whole place is clean and well-maintained. Comfortable sitting areas inside and highly recommended for nice pictures. Rooms have comfy beds, new and clean facilities, nice balcony views, and great water pressure in the showers.
