Being in this hotel during my trip was fantastic. The location was perfect, near many interesting places such as the Christmas market, the flower market, and the Freedom square. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, from the room service and housekeeping to the laundry and airport shuttle. I enjoyed a warm welcome drink and was impressed by the room amenities that included ironing facilities, tea and coffee facilities, and a mini-bar. The rooms were soundproofed, with comfortable garden furniture in the lovely terrace, and I appreciated the free toiletries in the sink.

I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

We had a fantastic city break with delicious breakfasts - the tasty buffet and a la carte options complemented each other perfectly. the hotel's convenient location meant we could easily explore the city from its doorstep. the staff's friendliness and helpfulness made our stay unforgettable, with their excellent communication skills proving particularly impressive.
