The location of the hotel is up in the mountains, offering breathtaking views. The cottages are clean and cozy, with a good heating system. The staff is very helpful and polite, even arranging taxis at better rates than public taxis. The breakfast is tasty and the spa is quite nice.

The bed mattress in one of the rooms is uncomfortable and the pillows are too thick.

The staff, who reflected the warm and hospitable nature of Georgians, made us feel welcomed throughout our stay. The resort itself is huge and provided ample space for our child to play. The food at the restaurant was delicious, and we enjoyed every meal. The spa center offered a wide range of procedures, which added to the overall relaxation and rejuvenation we experienced. We highly recommend Bioli Medical Wellness Resort and plan to visit again to explore the resort in different seasons.

While our stay at Bioli was incredible, there were a couple of minor drawbacks. the water was not free, and the nearest supermarket was quite far away, making it more convenient to bring our own bottles.

Polite staff, especially receptionists, who helped with everything including taxi. Fresh and tasty food. Unforgettable experience with courteous staff. Will definitely come back to experience different seasons.

Loved the stunning views and refreshing forests surrounding the hotel - a perfect escape from city life. Staff were friendly, and the villa was clean and cosy. the restaurant's greenery was a nice touch, and breakfast selection was good. Spa facilities were top-notch, and the on-site medical wellness programs were a plus.

While the location is impressive, it's a bit far from the city center. It would have been nice to have more sports facilities such as tennis courts and swimming pools.

We had an amazing experience at this hotel. the location was perfect, far from city pollution and noise. the exclusive amenities were exquisite and fulfilled our luxurious needs. the spacious rooms with beautiful decor were equipped with all necessary amenities. the helpful and friendly staff, always with a smile, made our stay memorable. the delicious food with generous quantities, served at the restaurant and snack bar, was a treat we enjoyed. the Spa center allowed us to unwind and relax with a variety of treatments, including full-body massages, foot massages, and head massages. the Sun terrace and Garden area provided a beautiful view which we admired.

The only minor issue we encountered was that some of the staff didn't speak English very well, which made it difficult to find a club car to pick us up from the room to the main area or restaurant at times. Despite this, our overall experience at the hotel was fantastic, and we would highly recommend it to others seeking a luxurious and relaxing getaway.
