This hotel exceeded my expectations in so many ways. the location was perfect, right next to a small park in the city center. It made exploring the city incredibly convenient. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were friendly, helpful, and always went the extra mile to ensure our stay was enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable, well-maintained, and had all the necessary amenities. Lastly, the breakfast, which was included in the room rate, was a treat. It featured a variety of delicious Georgian specialties that set us up for a great start to the day.

The entrance to the hotel was a bit hard to find, and there were no ramps or lifts to help with luggage. the bedside mattress could be more comfortable, and the rooms could benefit from better sound insulation.
