The Bridge hotel in Borjomi exceeded my expectations in every way. The modern design and high-quality furniture created a luxurious and comfortable atmosphere. I loved waking up to the breathtaking mountain view from the large windows. The attention to detail was evident in the high-quality sheets, towels, and soaps provided. The breakfast was exceptional, with delicious pastries and top-notch ingredients. The cleanliness of the hotel was impressive, allowing kids to play on the floor without any concerns. The staff went above and beyond to ensure our comfort, even offering us a free bottle of Georgian wine and allowing us to store our bags after checkout. I highly recommend this hotel for a delightful stay in Borjomi.

While the hotel did not have its own restaurant, the manager was incredibly helpful in organizing food delivery from nearby restaurants. Additionally, the rooms were not cleaned every day, but rather on alternate days.

We loved the location of this place as it was just next to the tourist area and the village bridge. With its close proximity to the park, we had a chance to explore Borjomi sights and enjoy a cozy evening in the attached balcony. The service at this venue was excellent, with room service, car hire, housekeeping, and laundry all available. We also enjoyed the flat-screen tv, dining bar/lounge area, and free toiletries provided.

We would recommend this hotel to family and friends as there were no negatives about our stay.

The hotel provided us with complimentary water in bottles and had a lovely design that made us feel at home. the view of the mountains was amazing, and the nearby river made it more beautiful. It was also quiet in the surrounding area which made it easier to unwind.

There were some disturbances from the nearby road when we opened the windows or spent some time on the balcony. Some might find it far from the tourist area but the hotel made up for it by offering excellent facilities.
