I had an amazing experience staying at this luxurious hotel. The location was perfect, just a short walk to a beautiful pebbly beach, and close to the central bus station. The service provided by the staff was impeccable, with housekeeping, laundry, and shuttle service all available. Upon arrival, I was greeted with a refreshing welcome drink and the room amenities, including ironing facilities, heating, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy sitting area and a terrace with garden furniture. The bathroom was well-equipped with a sink and free toiletries. The hotel also had a flat-screen TV with a wide selection of channels and a comfortable carpeted floor in the room. The dining bar/lounge area and outdoor dining area provided a pleasant setting for meals. The staff were attentive and always ready to assist with any queries or requests. The leisure swimming pool and beach access were a great addition, and the BBQ facilities, sun loungers, and beach umbrellas ensured a relaxing stay. Free Wi-Fi and parking were also available, making this place perfect for both business and leisure travelers.

Our romantic escape at this hotel was wonderful! We loved the beautiful gardens and the peaceful atmosphere around it. The sound of the birds in the morning was soothing. The fact that the hotel was located near the beach and the botanical garden made it even more enjoyable because we could easily explore the nature and relax by the ocean. The breakfast was delicious and we appreciated the variety of dishes offered every day. , the staff was super friendly and helpful, making us feel welcomed at all times.

There were a few things we disliked during our stay. The pool wasn't heated, making it uncomfortable to swim, and the WiFi was not always reliable, which was a bit frustrating.

The breakfast was delicious, and there were plenty of options to choose from. The hotel also had great facilities, including a pool and a restaurant. it was a wonderful experience.

I did find that the WiFi was quite poor with intermittent reception at times.
