Incredible view and comfortable rooms. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city center, with plenty of cafes and restaurants within walking distance. The staff was amazing and went above and beyond to assist us when a tour was unexpectedly canceled, making new arrangements even late at night. The rooms were nice and clean, offering a cozy and authentic atmosphere. The breakfast provided a variety of tasty options, with different choices each day.

The rooms are spotless and feature a balcony with spectacular views. The staff is welcoming and helpful, ensuring a pleasant stay. Guests can enjoy a delicious breakfast with various options. Additionally, the hotel offers strong WiFi and convenient parking facilities on the street.

Loved our weekend stay in the cozy hillside retreat. the big, clean rooms had a wonderful view of the snow-capped mountains and the lobby was the perfect spot to warm up by the fireplace. Breakfast was great with plenty of homemade sweet cakes and a range of options on offer. the staff was very welcoming and arranged a safe experienced ride to get us there. the location was perfect for eating out and catching transportation, with easy access to the nearby slopes.

The town is a large construction site and noise levels can be very high, even early in the morning. the soundproofing in the rooms could be improved to minimize the noise coming from the corridor and upstairs.

The family room set up at Chalet was perfect for us. The views of the mountains were absolutely stunning, even though the weather was unfortunate during our stay. The hotel owner was incredibly knowledgeable about the area and gave us great recommendations for things to see and do. Krisi at the reception was very friendly and arranged for a safe and experienced driver to pick us up from the train station. The breakfast provided by the hotel was delicious and they even packed us a breakfast to take with us when we had an early start. I had a wonderful experience at Chalet and would definitely recommend it.
