I had a great stay at this wonderful hotel. The spa and swimming pool were top-notch and very relaxing. On my first night, I experienced some noise from cleaning procedures in the hallways, but the receptionist was very apologetic and took care of it immediately. I highly recommend this hotel.

We had a lovely romantic escape here and enjoyed the complementary chocolates and wine that were waiting for us in our room upon arrival. the location was wonderful, with easy access to nearby hiking trails and breathtaking views of the surrounding landscape. the on-site swimming pool was another great perk, especially after a long day of exploring.

The restaurant prices were a bit steep for the quality of the food. the noise level from nearby rooms and the hallway was quite high, which detracted from the romantic atmosphere.

As a light sleeper, I loved the blackout curtains and the quiet room, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. our stay at crowne plaza was absolutely fantastic. the upgraded room with a balcony was a pleasant surprise and the staff's multilingualism made communication a breeze. the hotel's amenities, including the conference hall, spa programs, and swimming pool, added to our delightful experience. the complimentary cards for the national park and sulphur pools were a thoughtful touch.
