We had a lovely romantic escape here and enjoyed the complementary chocolates and wine that were waiting for us in our room upon arrival. our stay at crowne plaza was absolutely fantastic. the upgraded room with a balcony was a pleasant surprise and the staff's multilingualism made communication a breeze. the hotel's amenities, including the conference hall, spa programs, and swimming pool, added to our delightful experience. the complimentary cards for the national park and sulphur pools were a thoughtful touch.
