We had a great stay at Crystal Hotel & Spa. The rooms were spacious and the wifi connection was strong. The picturesque scenery in the area made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff at the hotel were kind and hospitable, making us feel welcome throughout our visit. The spa and swimming pool facilities were also a highlight of our stay. we recommend this hotel for a pleasant and relaxing vacation.

The hotel is conveniently located near the ski area in the mountains, making it easy to access the slopes and the cable car. Additionally, there is a ski rental shop nearby, allowing guests to easily get their equipment. The rooms offer comfortable bedding with stiff mattresses and cozy sheets, ensuring a good night's sleep.

The lack of air conditioning in the rooms can be uncomfortable, especially during hot or cold weather.

This hotel is perfect for families with children who want to learn to ski. The hotel has its own gondola, free ski lift for beginners, sledding, and an ice skating rink. The pools are large and warm, never crowded. The staff is accommodating and gave us a complementary upgrade.

This hotel exceeded my luxurious expectations with its exclusive amenities, including a spa and wellness centre, indoor swimming pool and sauna. the service was impeccable with friendly staff. the location advantages provided stunning scenic views.

The only minor issue was that the outdoor swimming pool was slightly too cold for my liking. this was only a minor setback as the heated swimming pool and jacuzzi made up for it.

Great complementary fruits in the room and a romantic setup waiting for us. the location was ideal, with easy access to the nearby attractions. It was lovely to have a relaxing massage.

The room was not clean, and the sheets smelled bad. the food was also terrible, and the staff was unprofessional.
