The view from our room was amazing, we could see the city lights from our balcony and it was a wonderful sight to enjoy during our Christmas vacation. the breakfast was also really good, with a variety of options to choose from. the location was perfect, walking distance to a metro station and close to many tourist attractions.

there was no hot water and it took a while for the receptionist to fix the issue, wasting our time waiting for a shower. we had to use the stairs to get to our room, which was inconvenient for some guests, especially the elderly.
