Almost perfect.

I had a fantastic stay at Formula-1 Guest House. The location in a charming neighborhood with cobblestone streets was perfect for exploring the city. The room was spotless and had a new bathroom, and I was pleasantly surprised with the daily cleaning service. The owners, who spoke perfect German, were incredibly friendly and gave me great recommendations for places to visit and eat. The free wine in the evening was a lovely touch. I also appreciated the option for laundry service. I highly recommend staying at Formula-1 Guest House if you're visiting Tbilisi.

The guest house is conveniently located near the Central Railway station, making it easy to access if you arrive by train. It is also close to Old Town, where you can explore the historical sites and immerse yourself in the charm of the city. the hotel is within walking distance to Freedom square, which is a bustling area with shops and restaurants. It may be a bit hard to find in a taxi, but once you arrive, you'll be greeted with comfortable rooms and clean bathrooms. The hosts are friendly and provide excellent service, offering helpful advice on exploring the city. Although breakfast is not included, the guest house offers other perks such as free wine at night and laundry services.

This hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. the location was perfect - tucked away on a quiet side street, it offered a peaceful retreat from the bustling city center. Yes, it was up a very steep hill, but for me, it added to the charm and allowed for some stunning views from the balcony. Speaking of which, my room came with a lovely balcony, which was a nice extra touch. Secondly, the service provided by the staff was exceptional. They were always attentive, friendly, and went out of their way to make me feel welcome. Whether it was providing recommendations for restaurants or sharing insights about the city, their knowledge and enthusiasm were greatly appreciated. Lastly, the rooms themselves were clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with basic amenities. I especially loved the attention to detail, with fresh towels provided daily and a well-maintained attached toilet. this hotel offered great value for money and I would highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.
