The staff was helpful and the location near East Point shopping center was convenient. There is a small food shop opposite the hotel. The room had a kettle, cups, and a small fridge. The hotel had an elevator.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cozy lobby and warm welcome at Grand Palace. The staff went above and beyond by allowing us an early check-in and ensuring our room was immaculately clean. The view from our room showcased the beautiful city, adding to the overall experience. While the breakfast did start a bit late, the spread was delicious and satisfying. The hotel may not have room service or nearby restaurants, but they thoughtfully provided a small food shop opposite for convenient snacks. The helpfulness of the hotel management and the proximity to East Point shopping center made our stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel for its excellent value for money and top-notch service.

The staff at this hotel was exceptional, providing early check-in and being extremely accommodating. Natalie was great during check-out and even allowed me to take a light breakfast for a sick friend. The hotel driver, Levan, was amazing and became our go-to guy even when we traveled to other cities. The hotel is clean and located just a short drive from the old city. The staff spoke Hebrew, which was a pleasant surprise. we are fully satisfied with our choice of hotel.

There is a lack of availability of legal taxis in the area, which can be frustrating when trying to get around.

The hotel had a good location, as it was near a shopping center, which was very convenient. They have a lift to the rooms which was great for those with heavy luggage.
