The receptionists, Megi, Mariami, Sandra, and the evening shift staff, are all professionals. The housekeeping staff are excellent, and the restaurant staff, including Mr. Nico, Luka, Elen, and Ani, are friendly and helpful. The food at the restaurant is delicious.

We felt very secure during our stay and had no complaints.

Clean and nice interior. Good breakfast. Helpful staff. Mariami in Reception gave great advice about Tbilisi. Even after check-out, another receptionist offered us umbrellas. Comfortable and quiet stay.

During my Christmas stay, the hotel provided great services. the rooms were clean and well-furnished with comfortable beds. the complimentary breakfast was excellent. Another advantage was its prime location, close to various dining options and retail stores.

The staff at the front desk were not always friendly or helpful, and room service often required multiple calls for small requests. the housekeeping staff did not properly clean the rooms and the shower was not always up to standards.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of Chavchavadze street, making it easy to explore the city. It is within walking distance of many attractions and provides a quiet retreat after a busy day. The reception staff were helpful and provided great recommendations for exploring the area. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with a spacious bathroom and an air conditioning system that was much appreciated.

One downside is that there was no one to assist with carrying bags during check-in or check-out.

Our stay at Hilton Garden Inn was fantastic. The hotel had a clean and modern interior, and the breakfast was delicious. One specific highlight was the friendly and professional receptionist Megi, who provided excellent service throughout our stay.

Additionally, there were no slippers provided in the room.

I had a wonderful experience at this luxurious hotel. the location was perfect for me as I could easily walk to all the places I wanted to visit. It was such a relief to come back to a peaceful and quiet place after a day of exploring the bustling streets. The private underground parking option was also a great convenience for me.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay.
