We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the sights and attractions within walking distance. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure that all our needs were met. We were impressed by the excellent service, including the prompt and efficient housekeeping, laundry service, and airport shuttle. The room itself was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully decorated. We appreciated the amenities provided, such as the ironing facilities, mini-bar, and tea and coffee facilities. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a nice touch, allowing us to stay connected throughout our stay. we had a wonderful experience and would highly recommend this place to our friends.

The location of the hotel is great, just a short walk away from Rike Park and other popular sights. You can easily explore the city center on foot, which is very convenient. The staff is friendly and welcoming, always ready to assist with any questions or concerns. The rooms are clean and comfortable, providing a pleasant stay. The breakfast, although simple, is tasty and satisfying. the hotel offers a good value for the money.

There were some noisy guests in the hotel, causing disturbance during the late hours of the night.

Poor soundproofing and dark rooms. Unfortunately, our sleeping experience was negatively impacted by the poor soundproofing as we could hear everything from the hallway and neighboring rooms.

The room temperature was a bit warm when I arrived, but the active conditioner quickly cooled it down to a comfortable level. The location was convenient and the check-in process was quick and easy. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, even offering early check-in for our midnight arrival. The breakfast was delicious and the room was clean and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel.
