We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel in the mountains. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the ski lifts. The staff were incredibly helpful and made sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with amazing views from the balcony. The hotel also had a lovely dining room, serving delicious food at reasonable prices. The spa and wellness facilities were a great addition, perfect for relaxing after a day on the slopes. we had a wonderful experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay.

we had a lovely long weekend in gudauri and carpe diem exceeded our expectations. the location was perfect, close to snow park and all activities, and the staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. the room had all necessary amenities and the breakfast had a good variety of food.

In addition, it is within walking distance of the vibrant area of New Gudauri, where guests can find a variety of bars to enjoy. The rooms offer spacious and comfortable accommodations with great views. The staff is friendly and attentive, providing excellent service. Guests can also enjoy the free spa facilities, including a sauna and pool.

Some minor repairs are needed throughout the hotel, such as scratched walls and broken furniture.

The free wifi and complimentary breakfast were nice touches. the hotel was located within walking distance of several shops and restaurants, which made it easy to explore the area. We also enjoyed the rooftop terrace with a great view.

The room was not very clean and we had to ask for fresh towels. the staff was not very friendly or helpful, and seemed annoyed when we asked for assistance.
