The hotel was incredibly clean, especially the toilets. The staff, especially a reception girl named Mari, were amazing and very helpful. Mari went above and beyond, asking about my experiences in the city and recommending places for me to visit. She even helped me order a taxi to the airport and waited outside in the cold until it arrived.

One negative aspect was the view from the square side, which wasn't very pleasant.
