I recently stayed at a budget hotel in Tbilisi and I was pleasantly surprised by the overall experience. The hotel's location was very convenient, being not far from the metro station, making it easy to navigate the city. The staff were always friendly and accommodating, and Alex in particular went above and beyond to ensure our needs were met. The room itself was cozy and clean, with comfortable beds and a well-maintained bathroom. The breakfast provided was simple but satisfying, offering a variety of options for vegetarians. I was delighted with my stay and would highly recommend this hotel for those on a budget.

I do have to mention that the hotel's view was not as impressive as advertised.

Loved the staff and their friendliness; they always had a big smile on their face and were very accommodating. the location was not too far away from the main attractions and we liked the fact that the manager encourages the staff to be quiet to not disturb the guests. the breakfast was good; we had a healthy and balanced meal to start our day.

The beds were not comfortable, and we woke up with a backache. the location was a bit far from the city center, and the taxi drivers in the area overcharged tourists.

This hotel offers great value for money. The prices are very affordable, making it an ideal choice for budget-conscious travelers. The staff are attentive and polite, always greeting guests with a smile. I appreciated the attention to detail, especially when I mentioned that I wasn't feeling well. The hotel made sure to take care of the little things and create a pleasant atmosphere.
