The staff were friendly and helpful, and the bed was comfy. The location was also convenient - close to shops and restaurants. Plus, the price was reasonable compared to other hotels in the area.

The bad aspects far outweighed the good. The WiFi was incredibly frustrating to connect to, and the hot water took forever to start flowing.
