We had a very pleasant stay at Divan. The hotel is located in the charming old part of the city and is just a short walk away from the beach and numerous restaurants. The check-in and check-out process was efficient, and the staff were always friendly. The rooms were comfortable and well-maintained, with all the necessary amenities like a safety box, flat screen TV, AC, and mini bar. The bed was especially comfortable, and the bathroom was extremely clean. We also enjoyed the sauna, steam bath, and small gym offered by the hotel. The breakfast buffet had a good selection of quality food. I highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the city, allowing easy access to the beach and boulevard. Exploring the old center of the city is also a breeze. The rooms offer nice facilities and advantages, such as a balcony with a great view of the fireworks during New Year's celebrations. The staff is helpful with luggage and parking, and the check-in process is smooth.

The hotel lacks proper ventilation in the rooms and bathrooms, which can be uncomfortable for some guests.

The location of the hotel is excellent, situated in a corner of the city near restaurants and the coastline. As a family with kids, we loved the spacious fitness room and the fantastic steam room and sauna, which even included a Turkish-style hamam. The staff were extremely friendly and went above and beyond by surprising us with cake or tea in our room every day, for no reason at all! It made us feel so special and appreciated.

We felt incredibly welcomed and at ease during our stay at Divan Suites Batumi. The staff made sure that nothing was too much trouble for us, and they made us feel like we were at home.

Luxury abounds in this hotel. From the moment I entered the lobby, I felt pampered. the spa and wellness center facilities were exceptional. the indoor swimming pool was roomy and clean, and the sauna and Jacuzzi were relaxing. I enjoyed a beautiful facial, and a massage that was out of this world. the dining was amazing, with delicious options for every meal that exceeded my expectations.

One minor downside of this hotel was its location. While it was close to many city amenities, there was no great view of the city from the hotel's windows.
