The staff at the hotel was incredibly friendly and accommodating, willing to go above and beyond to meet our needs. They made us feel like part of the family. The location was enchanting, surrounded by towers, giving us a fairytale-like experience. The amenities in the room were excellent, with a clean bathroom, plenty of hot water, and a cozy bedroom. The little coffee/tea station and extra toiletries were a nice touch. The breakfast served until late was delicious and plentiful.

The hotel offers outstanding views of the mountains and beautiful scenery. The terrace restaurant is perfect for relaxing with a book and enjoying the view. The food in the restaurant is superb and the staff is warm and friendly. The location is conveniently close to the town, and there is a cafe downstairs for breakfast and evening tea.
