The hotel is centrally located, close to the seafront and the beautiful old town. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. The room was clean and the rooftop terrace offers magnificent views.

This hotel offers great value for money, with affordable prices and attention to detail. It is conveniently located near good restaurants, the city center, and the beach. You'll find yourself close to all the main city attractions. The staff provides excellent service, and the rooms come with free breakfast and even a balcony. The highlight of your stay will be the breakfast on the roof with its outstanding view over the Batumi skyline.

All was satisfactory, nothing stood out as needing improvement.

The room and bathroom were spacious. Delicious breakfast at the roof bar with stunning views. Friendly owner, Rezo. Allowed us to stay until the evening without extra charge. Perfect location near center, restaurants, sea, cable car, and airport bus stop. Fast Wi-Fi and clean room.

During our Christmas stay, we appreciated the location of the hotel, which was close to main attractions and the beach. The room was clean and well-maintained, with comfortable bedding. We also enjoyed the complimentary tea and coffee available in the room.

We were disappointed by the noise levels in our room, which made it difficult to sleep. there were some issues with the facilities such as the broken device to read the card, which caused some inconvenience during our stay.
