We had a fantastic city break with stunning views of the mountains from our room. the location was perfect, near the ski park, and we enjoyed playing table tennis and billiards on site. the hotel personnel were friendly and welcoming, and the wifi was excellent. the food and meals were superb, especially the breakfast every morning, which we looked forward to. We also loved having daily housekeeping in our room to keep it tidy between our expeditions.

Although our experience was mostly positive, the Full Board deal we took turned out to be a bit of a letdown. the food was not labelled, and the staff didn't speak English, so we didn't always know what we were eating.

We had a fantastic time at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was close to the ski park. The room was clean and comfortable, and we had a great view from our balcony of the beautiful mountains. The staff was also very helpful and hospitable, making our stay even more enjoyable. We loved the fact that they had excellent wifi, and the food in the canteen was delicious.

That they didn't cook the traditional Georgian meal we were hoping to try.

I had a wonderful stay at this place. The location was perfect, being close to the hill, making it convenient for skiing. The service provided by the staff was exceptional, especially the housekeeping who kept my room clean and tidy every day. The hotel also had a shuttle service, which was very convenient for traveling around. The amenities in the room were great, including ironing facilities, a heating system, a cozy sitting area, and a dining table. The hotel also provided free toiletries and an electric kettle. The flat-screen TV and the comfortable carpeted floor added to the overall comfort of the room. The dining restaurant and bar/lounge area were also amazing, with delicious food and drinks.

Highly recommended to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay with excellent services and amenities.
