We had a great stay at Hotel West! The newly renovated rooms were clean and well-furnished, providing a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere. The kitchen facilities, including a fridge, microwave oven, and stove, were a convenient bonus. The staff were friendly, responsive, and always ready to assist us, especially the helpful receptionist who even arranged a taxi for us. The hotel's location was excellent, with easy access to Tbilisi Mall and Mtskheta. The presence of a hand shower was a rare find for Muslim travelers like us. Stayed at a new hotel during Xmas. It is great to see the hotel opening was doing well. the staff were helpful and friendly, the apartment was spacious and well equipped. the good pick-up facility from the airport was useful and added to the convenience of the stay. We could leave our luggage safely when we travelled to another city. the hotel was located in a convenient area with everything you could need within walking distance.
