The hotel's location could not be better, as it is situated right in the heart of the city, allowing us to easily explore the charming old town and visit all the main tourist spots within walking distance. The room we stayed in was incredibly spacious and exceeded our expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, providing us with great recommendations for sights to visit. The bathroom was beautiful, boasting a large shower and all the necessary amenities. Additionally, the hotel had a supermarket nearby, making it convenient for any last-minute needs.

The hotel lacked a social atmosphere, making it difficult to meet and interact with other guests.

Had a good easter stay at this hotel. Two complementary facts offered that brought up some excitement to my stay. Great location, easy access to various attractions and landmarks. The room was comfortable enough for a good rest with a view of the city lights from my window.

The worst aspects I encountered during my stay were room service. I had to wait a long time for my breakfast to be delivered, and when it finally arrived, the food was cold.

Our stay at Hotel Imperial House was fantastic! The staff was incredibly friendly and attentive. The location couldn't have been better, as it was in the heart of the city, allowing us to easily walk to all the attractions. The room we stayed in was spacious and comfortable, with high ceilings, beautiful solid wood furniture, and even a marble fireplace. The bathroom was large, with plenty of hot water for relaxing baths. We especially enjoyed the balcony, where we could sit and enjoy the view. The hotel also had a charming courtyard with a grape tree providing shade, perfect for relaxing with a drink. The breakfast was delicious, with a great variety of options. we had a wonderful time and would highly recommend Hotel Imperial House.

The only minor drawbacks were that there was no elevator, which made carrying our bags up the stairs a bit challenging, and the breakfast could have had a bit more variety. However, these were only minor issues and did not significantly affect our overall experience.

This hotel is a gem in terms of value for money. The rooms are spacious, with a big king-size bed and access to an open terrace or balcony. The basic amenities, like the AC and the fast WiFi, are all in place. The location is perfect, just outside the old city center, at the heart of the city, making it easy to explore the popular sites like Liberty Square and Kote Apkhazi Street.
