Celebrating the new year in this hotel was an amazing experience! the hotel was very clean and well-maintained. the staff was helpful and friendly, they provided us with an airport transfer and gave us tips on which places to visit. the location was perfect! We were close to the main attractions, and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby. the breakfast offered a variety of delicious foods, and we loved the cozy atmosphere of the hotel's bar in the evening.

The only downside we experienced was the noise from the street, but it didn't bother us much since we were out most of the time. the room was a bit smaller than we expected, but it was still comfortable and had everything we needed.

We had an amazing stay at this hotel in Kutaisi. Upon arrival, we were greeted by the manager who went above and beyond to make our experience memorable. He even picked us up from the airport and showed us around the city the next day. The hotel staff was also very helpful throughout our stay, and the room was spacious with a lovely view of the river. We especially enjoyed the delicious breakfast and the convenient location, which allowed us to easily explore the nearby cathedral and Old Town. we highly recommend this hotel for its true Georgian hospitality!
