We had a fantastic stay at this guest house! The location was ideal, just a short 5-minute walk to the center of town. The apartment was clean, modern, and well-maintained, making our stay comfortable. The host, a friendly Georgian lady and her English-speaking daughter, were incredibly helpful with all our requests. We were impressed by their hospitality and their willingness to assist us. The breakfast served was a real treat, providing us with an authentic Georgian country breakfast experience that we will never forget. the guest house provided a great experience for guests with disabilities.

The guest house's location near the city center was convenient, yet the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful garden made it a perfect retreat. The spacious apartment with a terrace offered an amazing view. The hospitality and friendliness of Lia and her daughter were exceptional, providing us with everything we needed and even recommending wonderful places to visit. The availability of parking right by the house was a bonus.

We had a wonderful stay at Lia's Guest House. the location was perfect - a quiet lane on the edge of the village, but still within a short 7-minute walk to the center. Our Queen room was spacious and comfortable with stunning views of the Caucasus mountains and the plain. the hospitality was exceptional, with Tina going above and beyond to make our stay memorable. She even allowed us to use their washing machine. the breakfast was delicious, and Tina's kindness extended to helping us when my daughter fell sick, providing us with food and contacting a doctor. Highly recommend Lia's for a refreshing and comfortable stay.

The apartment we stayed in was spacious, clean, and had amazing views of the mountains and valley. It was great value for the price we paid. The breakfast served in our room each morning was a big spread and delicious. The location of the apartment was central to all the sites in town and the Bodbe Monastery. We could walk everywhere, although it was quite hilly. The hospitality of the hosts, Lia and her daughter Tina, was outstanding. They were friendly and always ready to help with anything we needed.

The location of the hotel was peaceful and the room was spacious. the friendly and helpful staff went above and beyond to ensure a pleasant stay. the view of the countryside from the balcony was breathtaking. the breakfast, with local yogurt and delicious pancakes, was a highlight.

Finding the hotel was a bit tricky as it was not well-marked on the map. parking was limited and the road to the hotel was in poor condition.
