Spacious room with great balcony and heated bathroom floors. Awesome breakfasts, though coffee could be better. Excellent and helpful staff, especially Tika. Daily towel changes and room cleaning. Convenient location near tourist spots and metro. Baggage storage offered after check-out. Reception staff friendly. Clean rooms. Nice terrace view. Watercooker and tea provided in room. Ok breakfast.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely fantastic, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. They were warm, welcoming, and always willing to assist with any requests we had. They even helped us with taxi arrangements and made dinner reservations for us at local restaurants, adding a personal touch to our experience.

I had a fantastic stay at Light House Old City. The location was great, with a stunning view of the Holy Trinity Church and the Palace from my spacious room on the 2nd floor. The breakfast buffet was delicious and the private day tour I booked through the hotel was absolutely lovely.

Clean, comfortable hotel near top attractions, metro station. Helpful, courteous staff. Early check-in/checkout. Taxi arranged on time. Provided map and guide.

The location of the hotel is great, as it is near the Tbilisi center and within walking distance of all the main attractions. We had everything we needed nearby and it made it convenient for us to explore the city. Additionally, the staff were very friendly and helpful, providing us with all the necessary information we needed during our stay.

One minor issue we encountered was the high prices for individual tours. We found them to be a bit steep when compared to the actual cost of living.

Arrived on Xmas eve, great views from balcony. Convenient location close to metro station and city centre. Happy with the room.

Cleaning was not thorough, found tissue paper around the bed. No hot water on last night.
