The hotel's location to the slopes was great, as we were just a stone's throw away from the ski area. The room was spacious and had a lovely view of the snow-capped mountains. The staff was friendly and accommodating, ensuring we had a shuttle to the ski lift and offering recommendations for restaurants nearby.

The bathroom lacked privacy due to its see-through walls, making it uncomfortable for families or groups of friends.

We loved the breathtaking view from our room at Monte. The games room was a great addition too. Although the breakfast had limited options, it was delicious. we had a wonderful stay.

I also appreciated the high-quality service from the staff who were very attentive to my needs, providing great room service, housekeeping, and even airport shuttle. The amenities were top-notch, featuring a lovely garden area with a picnic table and a stunning sun terrace. And the entertainment options were endless, from table tennis to darts and even horseback riding! I also loved the spa centre and steam room where I could relax after a fun day on the ski slopes.

The view from the hotel was amazing, and we particularly enjoyed sitting on the terrace with some comfortable chairs. the breakfast and dinner options were delicious, with plenty of choices available.

the sauna facility was not included, which we found disappointing. We also found the room to be quite noisy, with thin doors and noise from the stairs nearby making it difficult to sleep at times.
